Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
Flat Rate Shipping: Enjoy $10 flat-rate shipping on all orders within Australia. Expect delivery within 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping: Need it faster? $15 express shipping is available with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
International Shipping
New Zealand: Flat-rate shipping of $20, with Express Shipping available for $30. Delivery within 5-8 business days (standard) or 3-6 business days (express).
USA & Canada: Flat-rate shipping of $25, with Express Shipping available for $35. Delivery within 7-12 business days (standard) or 5-8 business days (express).
UK & Europe: Flat-rate shipping of $30, with Express Shipping available for $40. Delivery within 8-14 business days (standard) or 6-10 business days (express).
International Orders: For all other destinations, enjoy $35 flat-rate shipping, with Express Shipping available for $50. Delivery times vary between 10-20 business days depending on the destination.
Free Worldwide Shipping
We believe in rewarding our community with effortless luxury. Enjoy FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $200 AUD—because luxury should come effortlessly.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped via AusPost. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, customers will be notified of potential delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Onleash is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to international orders. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Onleash is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us directly via email with your order confirmation number. Be sure to retain all packaging materials before filing a claim.
